2/11: big city lunch

House-made pasta, with fresh sea scallops and foie gras foam.
That's right, I said foie gras foam.

(I discovered after ordering that my wallet was MIA, which was slightly terrifying.  I later found it on the floor of the car - thank God.  Luckily, Natasha (my lovely and charming lunch companion) allowed me to write her a check for my half of the meal, or I might have been washing dishes.  yikes.)

Wow, that looks delicious (you *are* a budding food photographer!) but it tasted even better. Of course anything with foie gras must, by definition, be amazing. Lunch was a pleasure!
